About This St. Simons Island Hotel

Saint Simons Inn by the Lighthouse, built in 1991, has recently been converted into a Condo-Hotel.

Please don't be misled by the term "Condo-Hotel". We still operate as we always have: as a comfortable, quaint, quiet hotel in the best location on the Island.

We continue to serve our guests a nice breakfast, which is complimentary, as well as daily maid service.

As a Condo-Hotel, each room is owned by an individual owner. The owner renovates and decorates the room to his/her personal preferences, creating unique rooms, and adding to the charm of the entire hotel.
